Job summary

Kosh Consulting Group (Asia) PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Test Administrator to ensure secure, accurate, and timely delivery of psychometric tests, interviews, and Assessment Centres for leadership talent assessment across public and private sectors.

You will set up and invigilate sessions, coordinate scheduling, manage records, and safeguard materials while complying with PDPA. Flexibility for travel within Singapore and occasional after-hours work is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
Polytechnic diploma background in HR or Psychology also considered.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Set up, invigilate, and proctor psychometric and ability tests across locations and online.
Manage end-to-end scheduling and communications with candidates, clients, and staff.
Coordinate interview schedules and Assessment Centre logistics.
Maintain candidate records, process scoring, and generate reports.
Safeguard test materials and data per PDPA and client security protocols.
Prepare equipment and provide first-line troubleshooting during sessions.
Document irregularities and escalate issues; improve administration procedures.
Support materials inventory and general admin tasks for smooth delivery.
