Job summary

Kosh Consulting Group seeks a highly motivated Consulting Intern to support talent assessment and leadership consulting projects in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience across assessments, interviews, and data analysis within a collaborative team.

The role suits candidates pursuing or who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or HR, with strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Excel proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with statistical analysis or test design is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administering cognitive ability tests, personality questionnaires, and other talent assessments.
• Support planning, coordination and execution of interviews and assessment centres.
• Prepare assessment materials and communicate schedules, instructions, and requirements to candidates and interviewers.
• Compile assessment results, maintain candidate records, and assist with data analysis and reporting.
• Support assessment design, project documentation, and HR technology product development activities.
