Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Psychologist for our established client in the public healthcare sector in Singapore.

The role involves conducting psychometric assessments, reporting findings, and delivering individual and group psychological interventions in a 5-day work week. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop treatment plans, participate in supervision, and contribute to research initiatives, with clear pathways for career progression within the public

Qualifications

• Master of Psychology (M.Psych) or equivalent required.
• Registered or eligible for registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists.
• Relevant work experience or internship required.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in diagnostics, assessments, and psychotherapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT skills.

Job description

Our established client is seeking to hire a Psychologist!

• 5 days office hours
• Stable career progression within the public healthcare sector
• Annual AWS + PB (up to 4 months)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine psychometric assessments and generate coherent reports based on assessment findings and psychopathology understanding.
• Communicate findings effectively to referral sources and conduct diagnostic interviews for common psychiatric and medical conditions.
• Formulate treatment plans and implement psychological interventions in both individual and group settings.
• Assist in the development of clinical intervention protocols and structured group therapy materials.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Seek clinical supervision to improve competencies and participate in team-level operational tasks and research projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Master of Psychology, with preferred specializations in Clinical, Child, Health, Educational, or Neuropsychology.
• Registered or eligible for registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists.
• Relevant work experience or prior internship is required.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in diagnostics, assessments, and psychotherapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT skills.
