Qualifications

• High sense of responsibility, patient and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Handle the new tenants move in matters
• Deal with tenants' feedback and enquiries
• Guide tenants to follow the house rules and regulations
• Follow up with lease renewal and end tenancy
• Minor household repair work if needed
