RAFFLES STRATA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Officer/Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of a building or condominium in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating maintenance and administrative staff to ensure high standards of service for clients and proprietors. The successful candidate will coordinate various teams including maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management, review contract works, and coordinate meetings.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day operation of building/condominium.
• Coordinate maintenance and admin staff for the building/condominium.
• Maintain high standards of maintenance as required by clients and proprietors.
• Coordinate maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
• Review contracts, agreements and insurance before expiry and arrange renewal or quotations.
• Ensure all contract works/routine servicing are carried out as specified.
