Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd is seeking a service-oriented Property Officer to join our Property Management team in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties, supervise term contractors, and ensure services meet contractual requirements to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating property management services, conducting regular building inspections, addressing resident complaints timely, and monitoring cash flow through progress

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and also work independently.
• Professional and outgoing demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
• Experience in managing condominiums, buildings, hotels, or service industries preferred.
• Familiarity with property management contracts and service providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and carry out operation of property management services for assigned properties.
• Ensure effective management of common areas through routine checks.
• Address resident complaints promptly and close-out in a timely manner.
• Provide timely responses to complaints and service requests.
• Ensure all services rendered comply with contract terms and conditions.
• Perform site management and supervise a group of term contractors.
• Conduct regular building inspections and recommend rectifications.
• Monitor progress payments/claims to support cash flow projections.
