Responsibilities

Coordinate and operate property management services for assigned properties.
Ensure effective management of common areas through routine checks.
Address and close residents' complaints promptly.
Provide timely responses to complaints and requests.
Ensure services rendered comply with contracts' terms and conditions.
Perform site management and supervise term contractors.
Make regular building inspections and forward recommendations for rectification.
Monitor progress payments/claims to support cash flow projections.
