Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive, Operations for MPACTPM based in Singapore. The role focuses on managing office portfolio operations, preventive maintenance, and tenant relations with emphasis on safety, cost control, and sustainability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, service providers, and contractors; reviewing contracts; supporting budget processes; and ensuring timely certification of green building standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Real Estate Management or related discipline.
• 2+ years of property management experience and familiarity with local codes.
• Safety procedures knowledge and public safety awareness.
• Good knowledge of building, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical and electrical systems.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Inspect properties regularly and identify needed works.
• Manage service providers and obtain quotations.
• Monitor contracts and control costs.
• Attend to tenants' feedback and manage tenancy relations.
• Coordinate handing over of premises and tenancy fit-outs.
• Supervise contractor works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in materials prep for credit-control and management meetings.
• Coordinate procurement scopes within the team.
• Support budget processes and participate in emergency response teams.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy reduction programs.
• Assist with re-certification of building Green Certifications.
