Job summary

CPG Facilities Management in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Executive to oversee mall FM services across the Northeast, North and West districts. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security operations with appointed contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service orientated mindset.
