Job summary

PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Senior/Building/Property Executive to join our client’s team in Singapore. The role focuses on daily operations, maintenance, and ensuring smooth building performance across commercial properties in the West/Southern regions.

You will coordinate facilities management services, supervise contractors, support fit-out and compliance activities, and help manage budgets and records while delivering prompt tenant support.

Our client is a leading developer in Singapore and is currently seeking a driven Senior/Building/Property Executive to join their team. There are multiple opportunities for various commercial properties in the West/Southern part of Singapore.

What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a commercial property to ensure smooth building operations.
• Coordinate and monitor service providers across facilities management functions, including security, cleaning, landscaping, carpark operations, and building maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, repairs, and improvement works where required.
• Manage the usage and upkeep of common facilities and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for occupants.
• Support fit‑out, reinstatement, and upgrading works by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and contractors.
• Assist with fire safety compliance, emergency preparedness activities, and statutory inspections.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and authorities to address operational matters and resolve issues promptly.
• Support budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and maintenance of operational records and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and provide timely responses to feedback, operational concerns, and emergencies when required.

What you will need

• Possess a Diploma in Building Management Services or equivalent
• Possess minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building or property management
• Ideally possess experience managing commercial office properties
