Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a permanent Facilities Manager in Singapore. The role involves estate inspections, supervising maintenance, and managing tenant enquiries. Ideal candidates should have relevant diplomas and experience in Facilities Management.

This position offers a salary of up to $3000 with standard working hours of Mon to Fri and half-day Saturdays every 3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NItec or Diploma in relevant field.
• 3+ years experience in Facilities Management is required for non-diploma holders.
• Willingness to work under pressure and overtime is essential.

Description

• Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
• Attend to residents/tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
• Work with grassroots leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

5 working days (with 1 half‑day Saturday every 3 weeks)

• Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm
• Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Up to $3000

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NItec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent Building.
• Non‑Diploma holders are required to have at least 3 years experience in Facilities Management (minimally NItec).
• Able to work under pressure and willing to do overtime.
