Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is partnering with an established property investment and development group to recruit a Manager, Property Management in Singapore. The role oversees building soft services, cost management, and operational performance, with a focus on Grade A office properties in the Central area.

You will lead security and cleaning teams, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related field with at least 3 years of commercial property experience.
• Experience with Grade A office properties and day-to-day building operations.
• Experience overseeing security and cleaning operations and managing SLAs/KPIs.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property soft services and manage in-house and outsourced teams.
• Lead security and cleaning operations, set service standards and monitor performance.
• Manage service contracts, tenders, procurement, and negotiations.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, monitor expenditures and variance analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety-related matters; maintain records.
