Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a competent Property Management professional to oversee handover inspections and defects management for residential units. You will coordinate with contractors, managing agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure properties meet standards.

Based in the West, the role runs Monday to Friday with office hours. A competitive remuneration package, AWS and variable bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project management or relevant.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Unit handover and defects management.
• Conduct inspections of residential units before handover to purchasers.
• Inspect common areas before handover to the Managing Agent.
• Monitor and coordinate defects rectification works by contractors.
• Ensure contractors complete rectification works properly and efficiently.
• Handle purchaser/tenant complaints, defects and disputes.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
• Oversee the appointed Managing Agent.
• Monitor the management and maintenance of common property.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vacant units and sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, Managing Agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet required standards.
