PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to oversee handover processes, defect management, and coordination with managing agents for residential developments in the West of Singapore.

The role requires inspecting units, monitoring contractor rectifications, handling purchaser/tenant issues, and ensuring common areas and vacant sites meet standards. Mandarin proficiency and 2+ years in property management are expected.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project Management or related.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.

Responsabilidades

• Unit handover & defects management.
• Inspect residential units before handover to purchasers.
• Inspect common areas before handover to the Managing Agent.
• Monitor and coordinate defects rectification works by contractors.
• Ensure contractors complete rectification works properly and efficiently.
• Handle purchaser/tenant complaints, defects and disputes.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
• Oversee the appointed Managing Agent.
• Monitor the management and maintenance of common property.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vacant units and sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, Managing Agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet required standards.
