Job summary

Earnest Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Property Manager to oversee assigned residential sites in Singapore. You will ensure operational efficiency, conduct regular inspections, and uphold building standards and statutory requirements.

The role requires hands-on maintenance review, decision-making skills, and strong customer service to address residents and owners promptly. Immediate availability is preferred to support ongoing property management operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Estate Management or related discipline (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and strata management acts/requirements.
• Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving in property management contexts.
• Excellent customer service skills with residents and owners.
• Immediate availability to commence work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites to ensure operational efficiency and upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure site standards.
• Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act and other statutory requirements.
• Review site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and safety.
• Deliver prompt and professional customer service to address residents’ and owners’ concerns.
• Perform other job-related and ad hoc duties to support property management operations.
