Job summary

Deloitte University in Singapore seeks undergraduates or current students for a role supporting the Support Project Management and Operational Excellence teams through strategic initiatives, process optimization, and effective communication. You will maintain project documentation, prepare templates, and create client-ready presentations.

You will track schedules, risks, dependencies, develop SOPs and dashboards, analyze data, take minutes, and assist with workshops.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates or current students in Project Management, Business, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Professional attitude with strong commitment to timely task completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize digital project documentation.
• Prepare templates and materials for functions and workstreams.
• Produce communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and track project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, governance documentation, financial models, and project tools.
• Support workshops and design tailored solutions for clients.
• Create client-ready presentations and curate strategic content.
• Draw insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
• Take minutes, manage action lists, and provide administrative support.
• Analyze operational processes to identify improvements and optimize workflows.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and playbooks for recurring business activities.
• Collect and synthesize data for decision-making and operational planning.
• Design operational dashboards and visual reports.
• Streamline communication and collaboration across teams.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Support implementation and adherence to SOPs and workflow processes.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational tasks.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support execution plans.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for on-site activities and stakeholder engagement.
