Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a Data Analyst Intern (Reporting & Insights) to turn portfolio data into accurate, actionable insights. You will develop dashboards and support technology planning, governance and decision-making across teams.

You’ll collaborate with Technology and Architecture teams, application owners and management to maintain trusted portfolio information, validate data, and deliver monthly and ad-hoc reports with automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or Computer Science is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large datasets and translate findings into insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Attention to data accuracy, quality and consistency; ability to reconcile data across sources.
• Understanding of KPIs, management reporting and enterprise portfolio information; experience in portfolio management is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and scorecards for the portfolio.
• Track and report portfolio metrics across business units, owners and technology.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Define and maintain KPIs and reporting definitions.
• Automate recurring reports and dashboards to reduce manual effort.
• Translate datasets into clear visualisations and management summaries.
