Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics.
• Strong tracking and communication across departments.
• Experience in stakeholder and risk management is valued.
• Automation skills are a plus.
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship and visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Planning and formulate a detailed project plan with scope, goals, deliverables, budget and timing.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and record changes.
• Support regular project status communications with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and help develop mitigation strategies with guidance.
• Track progress using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana and report milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Conduct research and provide insights to inform project decisions.
• Participate in post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
