Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee service projects across military camps in Singapore, with the headquarters in Outram.

The role requires strong project leadership and budget control, working Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm with after-hours flexibility depending on project schedule. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating teams, stakeholder communication and ensuring client satisfaction while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field is required.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and security systems will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close Manage Service Projects per timeline and PMO/Lead guidance.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage escalations for satisfaction.
• Ensure delivered solution meets baseline budget, quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate project teams via task delegation, resource assignment and programme management.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location:Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting aspoint of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 5 years' relevant work experience
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
