Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee service projects across military sites in Singapore. You will ensure planning, execution and on-time delivery while meeting budget and quality targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with around 5 years' experience. A vehicle is preferred for site access and coordination with multiple camps.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and security systems (CCTV, card access, alarm).
• Candidates from the same industry preferred.
• Must have own vehicle due to site accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and complete projects according to PMO timeline and budget.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary client contact to handle escalations and satisfaction.
• Ensure delivered solutions stay within baseline budget and quality criteria.
• Coordinate project teams via task delegation and resource assignment.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800


• Location:Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram


• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead


• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective


• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines


• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting aspoint of contact to the client


• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction


• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management


• Ensure proper documentation is in order


• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field


• Preferably with 5 years' relevant work experience


• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage


• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred


• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
