Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory invites applications for Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee ELV projects at military sites across Singapore, with HQ at Outram. You will plan, lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet project milestones while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering and ideally 5 years of relevant experience; a vehicle is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic ELV, automation, CCTV and alarm knowledge is a plus.
• Own vehicle required for site access.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete Manage Service projects per PMO timelines and budget.
• Lead and direct projects to achieve common objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver milestones on tight deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure delivered solution stays within baseline scope.
• Oversee project team activities and resource allocation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Project Team Manager (Camps)

Salary: Up to $5800

Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 5 years' relevant work experience
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
