Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee service projects across Singapore’s military camps and the HQ in Outram. You will lead project planning, execute to schedule, manage costs, and ensure client satisfaction with high quality deliverables.

Ideally you bring a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 5 years’ relevant experience. A vehicle is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System).
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, execute and close projects per timeline and budget.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet deadlines.
• Act as client contact to ensure satisfaction and escalate as needed.
• Ensure delivered solutions stay within baseline budget and quality criteria.
• Coordinate project teams via task delegation and resource assignment.
• Maintain proper project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location:Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
