Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee service project planning, execution and timely completion as directed by the PMO and Lead.

You will coordinate diverse teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations, with the HQ office at Outram. This on-site role requires a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering and ideally 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and security systems (CCTV, card access, alarm) is a plus.
• Candidates from the same industry preferred.
• Must have own vehicle to access worksites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete projects as directed by PMO and Lead.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations as the main contact.
• Keep project within budget and ensure on-time delivery with quality.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
