Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee multiple camping-site projects across Singapore. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, cost control, and delivering within the client’s scope.

You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure milestones are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards at various military sites and the HQ Outram office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm).
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete Manage Service Projects per timeline and PMO/Lead guidance.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Act as the main client contact to manage escalations and satisfaction.
• Ensure delivered solutions stay within budget and quality criteria.
• Coordinate project teams via task delegation, resource allocation and programme management.
• Ensure proper project documentation is maintained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting aspoint of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
