Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to lead end-to-end project delivery across military camps in Singapore.

You will plan, execute and close projects keeping timelines, costs, and quality in focus. You will manage cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the project delivers as-sold with strict adherence to budgets and schedules. The role requires a diploma in electronics and communication engineering or related field and

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and complete projects according to timeline and budget.
• Lead project direction toward common objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations.

Job description

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800
• Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting aspoint of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
