Job summary

WOCH STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for interior fit-out and renovation projects. You will plan, coordinate and lead site teams from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in interior fit-out, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with HDB/BCA regulations; BCSS certification is a plus and Class 3 licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Project Management, Interior Design or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects, with experience in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of renovation trades, materials, costing and HDB/BCA regulations.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• BCSS or relevant safety certification is an advantage; Class 3 licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities, milestones and resources from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage and assign work to Project Supervisors and the site team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs and review variation orders and subcontractor claims.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth site progress.
• Oversee permit applications and approvals (HDB, MCST, landlord or authority submissions).
• Ensure works comply with approved designs, quality standards, HDB/BCA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare project documentation and reports, including pre-construction reports, logistics plans, work progress reports, minutes of meetings (MOM) and operation & maintenance manuals (OMM).
• Chair project and site meetings, and report project status to management.
• Resolve site issues, delays and client concerns promptly.
• Oversee defect inspections, rectification works, handover and after-handover support.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
