Swiss Interior is seeking a Project Manager to lead interior renovation projects from site start to handover in Singapore. You will coordinate multiple trades, manage schedules, review drawings, and ensure adherence to design and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and on-time delivery for residential projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation or construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential renovation processes and sequencing.
• Experience with HDB/condominium/landed projects is preferred.
• Ability to read floor plans and construction drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and site coordination skills.
• Good communication and contractor management abilities.
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple project schedules concurrently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced renovation environment.
• Possession of a valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage.

Project Manager – Interior Renovation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential renovation projects from site commencement to final handover.

• Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure works are completed according to agreed timelines.

• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and interior designers on site.

• Plan and sequence works including hacking, masonry, waterproofing, tiling, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, carpentry and other renovation trades.

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily/weekly work progress.

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and design requirements.

• Check site measurements and identify discrepancies before fabrication or installation.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure defects are identified and rectified promptly.

• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule.

• Anticipate site issues and resolve technical or coordination problems before they affect the project timeline.

• Manage variation works and communicate site changes clearly to the relevant designer and management.

• Ensure contractors comply with site requirements, building management regulations and applicable safety requirements.

• Conduct pre-handover inspections and prepare defect/rectification lists.

• Coordinate rectification works and ensure projects are properly completed before client handover.

• Maintain proper site records, progress photos and project updates.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and schedule control.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, construction or project/site management in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of residential renovation processes and construction sequencing.

• Experience with HDB, condominium and/or landed residential projects is preferred.

• Good understanding of carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, ceiling and other renovation trades.

• Able to read and understand floor plans, construction drawings and technical details.

• Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.

• Able to identify workmanship issues and propose practical solutions.

• Good communication and contractor management skills.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

• Able to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced renovation environment.

• Possession of a valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage.
