About the Role

We are seeking a team of experienced Project Sales Managers to drive the sales of Electrical solutions, to support the smooth running of building services such as lighting, heating, and also EV charger installation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales efforts, and managing relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for various electrical solutions by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches.
• Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for projects.
• Designing and developing electrical systems and products
• Testing, maintaining and modifying existing electrical systems
• Performing detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
• Ensuring projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations
• Creating project budgets and timelines, and ensuring they are adhered to
• Working with clients and contractors to ensure all electrical systems meet the desired specifications and requirements
• Regularly follow up on the progress of projects and provide status reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical installation
• Strong knowledge of electrical solutions, and good understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and codes of practice

Sales Experience

• Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth

Soft Skills

• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
