Job summary

TSTAR RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an engineering specialist trainee to develop technical expertise while building strong relationships with key clients across Asia.

You will work with senior sales engineers to understand customer needs, deliver technical solutions, and contribute to business growth. The role involves identifying new product markets in Singapore and the region, providing solutions throughout the sales process, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of project management experience is preferred.
• Training is provided.
• Proficient in CAD drafting and able to read and interpret engineering drawings, such as AutoCAD drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in developing sales and business development capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Additional Information

• Salary:Up to SGD 5,000 +VB (1-2 Months)


• Working Location:Toa Payoh


• Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
