Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a construction-related role, preferably in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector to expand company projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to support business growth.
• Source and evaluate upcoming construction projects to align with company capabilities.
• Monitor tender opportunities and assess project suitability to maximize successful bids.
• Approach potential clients and arrange meetings to present the company's services and capabilities effectively.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and tender opportunities to advance sales pipelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to prepare and submit competitive tender proposals.
• Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms with clients to secure profitable contracts.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients, projects, and business opportunities for strategic planning.
• Track market activities, upcoming developments, and competitor movements to inform business strategies.
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into awarded projects, ensuring project acquisition targets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Achieve agreed business development and project acquisition targets through proactive sales efforts.
