Job summary

CHINA ENERGY ENGINEERING GROUP SHANXI ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (Singapore Branch) seeks a Quantity Surveyor to perform cost estimation, budgeting, and detailed take-offs for electrical works within EPC power projects.

You will prepare BOQs, manage contracts, evaluate subcontractors, support procurement, and monitor cost performance across the project lifecycle while collaborating with engineering and project teams on solar, substations, and building services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in construction or EPC projects.
• Experience in Singapore (construction or EPC projects) is required.
• Experience in electrical works (power plants, substations, or building services) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
