Wisma Recruitment Centre in Singapore is recruiting for a permanent full-time Project Production & Material Planning Engineer near Ubi MRT. You will administer capacity planning, track project schedules, and coordinate a project execution team to meet monthly output targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, with ≥3 years' experience in electronics components and/or oil & gas environments.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in project production planning or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in a job shop environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and monitor project production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Administer and implement capacity and project production planning tool.
• Organize the project team and assign key personnel in the PET.
• Manage project from order, kick-off to shipment and prepare time estimates.
• Plan, monitor and manage the project schedule to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project records and documentation per quality standards.
• MO creation/planning upon receipt of approved drawings from engineering.
• Review project production planning for order tracking.
• Check BOM per drawing to release pick list and consume items.
• Support Assembly to close MO (Production).
• Manage resources and direct production activities to meet monthly output.

Experience

• Project Production & Material Operation: ≥ 3 years
• Project Production/Assembly in Electronics components and/or Oil & Gas Industry: ≥ 3 years

Responsibilities

Project Production Operation (70%)

• Administer and implement a sound capacity and project production planning tool
• Provide comprehensive project production tracking schedule for better monitoring
• Organize the project team and agree assignment of key personnel in project execution team (PET)
• Responsible for project management (from order, kick-off meeting to shipment) and prepare time schedule estimates for internal review and approval.
• Plan, monitor and manage the project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Maintain all project records and documentation according to in-house quality standards
• MO creation/planning upon receipt of approved drawings from engineering
• Review project production planning for order tracking
• Check BOM as per drawing to release picklist and consume the items to production for assembly works
• Support Assembly to close MO (Production)
• Manage resources and direct production activities to meet monthly output

Material/Logistics Operation (30%)

• Interface with various parties, internal and external departments, suppliers so as to manage the entire order flow to meet committed / on-time deliveries.
• Analyse demand, order placement, out-sourcing of assemblies and execute operations involving capacity planning, material supply planning and control for production.
• Review inventory stock, productive materials demand, monitor MSL level based on the historical turns and rolling order forecast.
• Establish and recommend stocking of materials, components (negotiate with suppliers return policy of common/uncommon parts) to minimize stocks write off.
• Maintain inventory including determine of slow moving and obsolete parts and work with sales department to ensure materials and supply levels are properly maintained.
• Work closely with customer service to facilitate smooth billing process i.e. accurate advance packing list, timely arrangement of outbound freight, etc.
