Ultra Clean Asia Pacific is seeking an Assistant/Manager, Planning to lead material and production planning in Singapore. You will drive MRP/ERP processes, align with procurement, manufacturing and quality teams to meet delivery commitments, and manage planning dashboards.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in planning and supply chain, with strong leadership and hands-on experience with SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, and advanced Excel. A lean/sigma mindset is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in material planning, production planning or supply chain with leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Kinaxis) and dashboard analysis tools.
• Lean/sigma mindset is advantageous for process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Planners to meet key performance indicators.
• Manage 500-1000 items per project and ensure accurate planning data.
• Plan and schedule materials to drive production and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for timely execution.
• Maintain systems data integrity and accurate entry of purchase and fabrication parts.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop contingencies to keep production flowing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of Planners to achieve the key performance
• Parts maintenance checking before project kicks in
• Manage 500-1000 items per projects
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers delivery commits
• Co-ordinate with other departments includingBuyer, Operations, Programme and Warehousefor on-time delivery
• Systems data maintenance and integrity, key in purchase parts and fabrication parts correctly.
• Identify the possible production bottlenecks and have contingencies plans
• Work with existing vendor on the completion of the new revision material or temporary change order.
• To renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers accordingly.
• Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment
• Review report daily with purchasing dept.
• To coordinate withquality engineers of any non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose
• Generate management report and other activities as assigned by Superior

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably in manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain management, with leadership experience
• Having strong requirement of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, advanced excel, kinaxis, power BI, dashboard analysis)
• Experience with lean manufacturing or sig sigma is advantageous to have
