Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a materials and production planning specialist for a 6-month contract at Ang Mo Kio.

You will lead supply chain activities, plan production materials, and coordinate deliveries with procurement, ensuring timely material arrivals and expeditious support for production lines. The role requires an industrial engineering background with 3-4 years of relevant experience, SAP exposure, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineer degree or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in SAP environment.
• Good Excel-based analytical capabilities.
• Able to work as a team member and handle pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead and be responsible for the supply chain for production projects.
• Plan production materials and schedule deliveries with procurement.
• Monitor material arrivals and update the material plan.
• Recommend prioritization and adjust the material plan to meet constraints.
• Track return to vendor processes and controlled items.
• Control inventory and generate output reports for shortfalls.
• Activate production orders with picklist to warehouse and ensure delivery to line.
• Coordinate movement of parts in and out of the main production line.
• Work with MME and production team to ensure availability of parts.
• Propose inter-project material availability and monitor transfers and warehouse needs.
• Attend production meetings regarding material delivery and expediting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and responsibility of the supply chain for production projects in planning for production material, scheduling control deliveries with MME (Procurement)
• Monitor and ensure the material arrived on time for production needs
• Modify and update the material plan
• Recommending the Prioritization and modify the material plan to meet constraints and present constraints
• Monitoring the Return to Vendor processes and track and monitor controlled items
• Control inventory and output reports with reference to production shortfalls
• Activate production orders with picklist to warehouse and monitors that the materials are delivered to the line
• Coordinate and facilitate movement of parts in and out of main production line
• Work closely with MME and production team to ensure parts availability for production activities
• Propose inter-project material availability and monitor transfers and the warehouse as required
• Production meeting with Production Manager and MME pertaining material delivery and expediting

Period:

• 6 months contract (renewable)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Requirements:

• Industrial engineer Degree or related
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of Excel-focused computing tools
• Work experience in a SAP environment
• Experience in analyzing information and processes
• Able to work as a team member and good positive attitude
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules and pressure
