Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Scheduler for pharmaceutical engineering projects in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering on time while maintaining quality, safety and GMP compliance.

You will develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinate input from design, procurement, construction and validation, track progress, manage critical paths, and produce weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or PM.
• Minimum 3 years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience with schedule analysis and delay analysis.
• Experience developing measures for construction trades and engineering deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the project schedule within pharmaceutical engineering projects.

• Manage and control the project schedule within pharmaceutical engineering projects. The goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time while adhering to quality, safety, and GMP standards.
• Developing and maintaining master project schedules using tools likePrimavera P6orMS Project, logic sequencing of activities, and integrating input from various teams such as design, procurement ,construction, and validation.
• Track site progress, monitor critical paths, identify potential delays, and support mitigation plans.
• Manage schedules for project construction and other activities.
• Reporting duties include preparing weekly and monthly reports and contributing to project meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management and a minimum of 3 years of project scheduling experience,
• Software knowledge Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects, Excel, PowerBI
• Experience building and maintaining schedules
• Experience developing measures for construction trade works, engineering deliverables and other activities
• Experience with schedule analysis e.g. delay analysis
