Elliott Moss Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Capital Projects Practitioner – Scheduler to independently plan, develop and manage schedules for data center construction projects. You will define activities, sequencing, durations and critical paths, and collaborate with project teams to drive on-time delivery.

The role requires strong CPM knowledge, experience with Primavera P6 or OPC, and the ability to support leadership with recovery and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or controls.
  • Strong knowledge of CPM, baselines, float analysis, milestones and progress measurement.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules across design through close-out.
  • Identify CPM critical paths, dependencies, milestones and baselines.
  • Monitor schedule performance and generate reports, dashboards and forecasts.
  • Analyse schedule risks and propose mitigation and recovery actions.
  • Review contractor and supplier schedules and integrate with the overall plan.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.

Job Description

We are seeking Capital Projects Practitioner - Junior/Senior/Lead Scheduler to independently manage planning and scheduling activities for data center construction projects.

The role will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules, monitor project performance, identify schedule risks, and support project leadership with recovery and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • Define activities, sequencing, durations, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Establish and maintain schedule baselines and monitor schedule performance.
  • Analyze critical path, float, constraints, dependencies, and schedule variances.
  • Track project progress and prepare schedule reports, dashboards, forecasts, and milestone updates.
  • Identify schedule risks and delays and recommend appropriate mitigation and recovery actions.
  • Perform what-if analysis, schedule impact assessments, and scenario planning.
  • Develop recovery and acceleration schedules when required.
  • Review contractor and supplier schedules and integrate them into the overall project schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
  • Maintain schedule records, historical data, and lessons learned.
  • Provide technical guidance and review the work of Junior Schedulers.
  • Escalate significant schedule risks, delays, and issues to project leadership.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Planning, or Project Controls.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
  • Proven experience managing complex construction schedules independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule logic, baselines, float analysis, milestones, and progress measurement.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
  • Experience in schedule risk analysis, forecasting, impact assessment, and recovery planning.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple project workstreams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage assigned projects independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
