Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience with delay analysis.
• Strong Excel and PowerBI skills.
• GMP standards knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project schedules within pharmaceutical engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality, safety, and GMP standards.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project; sequence activities and integrate input from design, procurement, construction, and validation teams.
• Track site progress, monitor critical paths, identify delays, and support mitigation plans.
• Manage schedules for project construction and related activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to project meetings.
