Job summary

Pand Design Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Project Manager with a background in Interior Design, Construction, MEP, or Main Contractor settings. The role requires coordinating design briefs, consultants, budgets, and master programs while ensuring schedules, costs, and quality meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Design & Build environments, proven multi-project oversight, and hands-on ability to manage contractors on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Project Manager.
• Solid experience in large commercial/corporate office fit out projects with knowledge of MEP.
• Experience delivering projects with focus on time, cost and quality controls and overcoming challenges.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with high-quality finishes on time and within budget.
• Familiar with MS Office suite including MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage various contractors and work under pressure.
• Willing to work on site.

• Monitor the execution of the works, construction progress and mitigating any project risks and smooth handover are achieved.

• Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budget
• Preferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Ablility to manage various contractors by giving proper instructions and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on site.
