Job summary

GI HR SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Manager – RF & Communications Systems to lead end-to-end wireless and RF engineering projects across aerospace, defense, public safety, and commercial sectors from contract award through system acceptance.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and integration, coordinating systems engineers, software/hardware teams, QA, and procurement to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• 5+ years managing technical RF projects or related engineering programs.
• Strong background in RF fundamentals, microwave, antennas, and system integration.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct full lifecycle execution of RF, microwave, and signal processing projects.
• Drive client engagements, design reviews, and factory/site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT).
• Coordinate systems engineers, software/hardware teams, QA, and procurement from concept to deployment.
• Mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to ISO, ITU, and military quality standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager – RF & Communications Systems to lead the end-to-end execution of mission-critical wireless and radio frequency (RF) engineering projects for aerospace, defense, public safety, and commercial sectors. You will own project delivery from contract award through system acceptance, managing schedules, budgets, risk, and technical integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & P&L: Direct full lifecycle execution of complex RF, microwave, and signal processing solutions—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Stakeholder Management: Drive client engagements, technical design reviews (PDR/CDR), and factory/site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT).

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate systems engineers, software/hardware teams, QA, and procurement from concept to deployment.

• Risk & Compliance: Proactively mitigate project risks while maintaining adherence to ISO, ITU, and industry/military quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.

• Experience: 5+ years managing technical projects in RF engineering, wireless communications, or signal processing.

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in RF fundamentals (HF/VHF/UHF, microwave, antenna systems, software-defined radios) and complex system integration.

• Track Record: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams, P&L/budgets, and vendor/contractor relationships.

• Certifications: PMP® or PRINCE2 preferred.
