Job summary

Addvalue Innovation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic product development professional to lead a new product development process from ideation through commercial launch.

You will manage the product lifecycle, coordinate with clients and internal teams on definition, development plans, GTM strategy, production planning, and lifecycle management to ensure the product remains aligned with the business plan.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Electronics, Telecommunications, RF, or Computer Engineering with 2+ years leading or co-leading projects.
• Experience in SoC embedded firmware/hardware design for SDR and AI-based applications.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product development from ideation to commercial launch.
• Oversee product life cycle and execution plans to maintain relevance to business plan.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on new product definition and development plans.
• Develop go-to-market plans to support commercial launches.
• Plan production to meet sales demands.

Brief Job Description & Responsibilities

• The candidate should be a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about managing a new product development process from ideation stage to commercial launch, as well as managing the product life cycle and execution of related plans to ensure and maintain product relevance to company business plan.
• The candidate shall work closely with clients and internal stakeholders on:
  • New product definition and development plan for new product introduction.
  • Go-to-Market plan to support commercial launch program.
  • Production planning for meeting sales demands.
  • Upkeeping of product quality through the product life cycle
  • End of life management.

Job Qualifications

• Degree/ Higher Degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Radio Frequency /computer engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in leading orco-leading
• System-on-Chip(“SoC”) embedded firmware/hardware design and development for Software Defined Radio (“SDR”) and Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) -based applications.
• Technical support for the development of SDR or AI-based solutions.
• Having a working knowledge in aerospace industries will be an added advantage.
