Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead customer engagements, coordinating with business centers, sales, industry solution teams and R&D to craft complex solution proposals.

You will oversee resource allocation across internal teams and external suppliers, manage a multi-project program, and ensure on-time delivery of integrated RF, microwave, digital, and software solutions for aerospace and defense clients.

Qualifications

• Strong industry experience across Singapore, East and South-East Asia is required.
• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of hardware/software system requirements, RF/wireless and electronics manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Team oriented and able to coordinate input from multiple resources.
• Excellent problem solving and relationship-building with customers and teammates.
• Customer oriented with high satisfaction focus for Keysight tools.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task across projects.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
• Project Management Certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

In this exciting role as Keysight Project Manager, you will

• Lead and manage Keysight's customer solution engagements, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as business center, sales professionals, industry solution teams, and Keysight R&D engineers to develop and build complex solution proposals.
• Oversee relationships and resource allocation across both internal teams and external suppliers during the project delivery phase, prioritizing projects in line with strategic objectives and available resources.
• Actively drive and coordinate multiple interrelated projects as part of a comprehensive program.
• Actively drive delivery of solutions that integrate RF, Microwave, Digital, and Software technologies to Key Aerospace and Defense customers.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively to executive leadership.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication across various project teams, implementing strategies to facilitate smooth project transitions.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Write proposals and own the full Statement of Work process by demonstrating strong pre‑sale coordination skills and follow up with successful solution deployment and delivery at customer site.

Qualifications

• Strong relevant industry experience across Singapore, East and South‑East Asia is required
• Engineering degree, or equivalent
• Knowledge of qualifying customer System Requirements definition (Hardware and Software), RF/Wireless skillset and/or deep electronics manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Team oriented - managing input from multiple resources for problem resolution and solve non‑routine issues.
• Excellent problem solving skills are a must, as is the ability to develop relationships with customers and teammates.
• Customer oriented - promoting high satisfaction with Keysight tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are important.
• Excellent time management is a strong asset for this role.
• Multi-tasking - Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ready to travel when necessary to meet clients.
• Project Management Certification is a plus.
