Job summary

copperco talent services pte. ltd. seeks an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale semiconductor engineering projects in Singapore. You will engage clients, translate requirements into actionable plans, and coordinate resources to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong cross-cultural communication, resilience under pressure, and willingness to travel. PMP certification is a plus, and flexibility in work arrangements is expected.

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale engineering projects in the semiconductor industry, covering project planning, schedule control, cost management, and delivery acceptance.

• Client Engagement: Maintain close communication with semiconductor industry clients, accurately understand client requirements, and translate them into executable project plans.

• Resource & Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to drive project execution according to plan, proactively identifying and resolving project risks.

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide regular progress updates to management.

• Commercial Support: Participate in project tendering, commercial negotiations, and support the team in business development.

Requirements

• Language & Nationality: Fluent in English as the primary working language for business communication (written and verbal).

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, with client-facing experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

• Methodology: Familiar with project management processes and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).

• Core Competencies: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, resilience under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.
