Job summary

Buildwick Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a PUB sewer flow diversion and civil infrastructure project.

Responsibilities include overall planning, execution, coordinating with PUB, LTA, clients, consultants and subcontractors; managing programme, resources and risk; ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager / senior project management role.
• Experience in sewerage, drainage, underground utilities or pipeline projects.
• PUB sewerage / live sewer / flow diversion experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with Client, Consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
• Candidates with hands-on PUB sewerage, live sewer, deep shaft/manhole and flow diversion experience will be given strong preference.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, authority requirements and project specifications.
• Manage high-risk activities including confined-space works, excavation, lifting operations and works within live sewer environments.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, temporary works and construction sequences.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, safety and subcontractor performance.
• Manage stakeholder/public interfaces, traffic/pedestrian diversions and odour-control requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation/recovery measures to meet project milestones.
