Job summary

Buildwick Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a PUB sewer flow diversion and civil infrastructure project in Singapore. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution, managing live sewer works and interfacing with PUB, authorities and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a track record in sewerage or underground utilities projects. Excellent communication with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager or senior PM role.
• Experience in sewerage, drainage, underground utilities or pipelines.
• PUB sewerage/live sewer/flow diversion experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, coordination and execution of the project.
• Manage live sewer flow diversion, shaft/manhole works and installation.
• Coordinate with PUB, LTA, client, consultants, PE, subcontractors and authorities.
• Manage programme, manpower, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements and project specs.
• Oversee high-risk activities including confined-space and lifting works.
• Review method statements, risk assessments and construction sequences.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, safety and subcontractor performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to meet milestones.
