Job summary

artemis executive solutions pte. ltd. Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a civil engineering project on site.

You will report to the Project Director and oversee safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with client, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PEB qualification, and at least 10 years' experience on PUB or similar water/treatment plant projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional qualification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, unless otherwise accepted by the S.O.
• Min 10 years of experience on PUB projects or Civil construction projects of similar type and complexity; CSCPM or equivalent qualifications
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies

• Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely submission and approval of project deliveries according to baseline programme and cost reduction through optimisation whenever possible.
• Oversees operations of project activities, including project setup, organization structure, cost management, project quality, progress reporting, site safety and security.
• Ensures the project is implemented according to the company’s project implementation plan and policies; reports progress to senior management.
• Chairs regular internal progress meetings; attends meetings with client, authorities and subcontractors.
• Supports HQ in tender preparation.

Requirements:

• Min 10 years of experience on specifically PUB projects or have been involved in Civil construction projects of similar type and complexity, preferably in the construction/development of water/used water treatment plants.Certificate of Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) or approved equivalent qualifications
