Job summary

D' ALLIANCE ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for building/warehouse projects in Singapore. You will plan work schedules, coordinate site activities with sub-contractors and designers, and oversee procurement and progress discussions with consultants.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in building/warehouse project management, strong leadership, bilingual English/Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Singapore work permit preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years with relevant experience in project management of building/warehouse construction.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate.
