STIE PTE. LTD. seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee on-site planning, execution and timely delivery of projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure regulatory compliance across MOM, NEA and HDB requirements.

The role demands 3–5 years in construction project management, strong teamwork, planning, and the ability to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Proficient knowledge in building and construction works with detailed knowledge for building processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Projects/Primavera P6 or other relevant construction software.
• Min 3-5 years experience in construction project management.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• A dynamic, positive and forward-thinking personality with the ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the overall implementation and completion of projects within projected time, cost and quality.
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to determine project specifications, planning and execution on site.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities and ensure site compliance with regulations (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.).
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish within budget.
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to address inadequacies.
• Supervise project team and provide guidance, or resolve issues swiftly.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for management in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Lead team of site coordinators, safety personnel and supervisors/workmen for daily progress.
• Manage site coordinators for submissions and discussions with consultants and authorities.
• Maintain on-site documents such as method statements, programmes and other submissions.

• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Supervise the work of the project team and provide the necessary guidance, or resolve issues and conflicts swiftly
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Leading team of site coordinators, safety personnel and supervisors/workman for daily work progresses
• Management of site coordinators for all official submissions and relevant discussion for work progress with consultants and authorities
• Able to work on all site required documents such as method statements, programmes and other relevant submissions
