Job summary

DELCO ART INTERIOR PTE LTD in Singapore invites an accomplished Project Manager to oversee building/warehouse construction projects. You will plan schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings with designers and architects, and handle material procurement and cutting lists.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience, strong leadership, excellent English and Mandarin communication, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management for building/warehouse construction.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate.
