Job summary

build-wise services pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced site project coordinator to plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to meet drawings, specifications and quality standards. The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin, a Class 3 license, and the ability to work independently and in a team, with strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Construction, Building Management, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in RR and A&A industries.
• Must be literate and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Possesses a Class 3 license.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in PC tools: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications.


• Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries.


• Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.


• Preferably possessed Class 3 license.


• Able to work independently.


• Able to work as a team.
