Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven professional to lead end-to-end project management for operations excellence in a logistics setting. The role focuses on defining scope, timelines, and success metrics, while monitoring progress and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver value.

You will identify process gaps, apply Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen methods, redesign workflows, and develop dashboards to track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Knowledge of 3PL, 4PL and LLP variations is a plus.
• Persuasive skills to present solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Requirements

• Experience in modern warehouse and distribution, supply chain design (automation and other modern warehousing innovation (robotics, digitalisation) is preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant technical field.


• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the logistics and supply chain industry; knowledge of 3PL, 4PL and LLP variations is a plus.


• Possess solid persuasive skills when presenting the proposed solution(s) to the customer.
